The Biodiversity and Environmental Research Center (BERC), with funding from the Interreg NEXT MED Programme, co-funded by the European Union, hereby invite eligible contractors to submit sealed tenders for the following project: Establishment of BERC Nanobiopesticide Startup Unit. Interested bidders may obtain the tender documents from the BERC headquarters located in Til Town, Nablus Governorate – Old Mosque Street, Tel: 0597572424, starting from Sunday, 18 January 2026, until Thursday, 29 January 2026, from 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m., upon payment of a non-refundable fee of NIS 200.

Tender Conditions

  1. The bidder must be legally registered and licensed with the Palestinian Contractors Union.
  2. The bidder must be qualified and experienced in the execution of similar projects.
  3. The final deadline for submitting sealed envelopes to the Center is Sunday, 15 February 2026, at 11:00 a.m.
  4. All prices submitted in the tender shall be exclusive of VAT, and the contractor must be capable of issuing a zero-rated VAT invoice.
  5. A pre-bid meeting and mandatory site visit will be held on Thursday, 5 February 2026, at 11:00 a.m., at the Center’s headquarters in Til Town.
  6. BERC reserves the right to postpone, extends, re-issue, or cancel the tender, in whole or in part, without stating any reasons and without incurring any liability or obligation toward bidders.
  7. BERC is not bound to accept the lowest or any other tender, and reserves the right to reject any or all bids without providing justification.

يعلن مركز أبحاث التنوع الحيوي والبيئة وبتمويل من برنامجInterreg NEXT MED ، المموَّل بشكل مشترك من الاتحاد الأوروبي، عن طرح عطاء بالظرف المختوم لمشروع " أعمال إنشاء وحدة إنتاج مبيدات حيوية نانوية لمركز أبحاث التنوع الحيوي والبيئة، Establishment of BERC Nanobiopesticide Startup Unit.", فعلى من يرغب بالمشاركة في العطاء واستلام نسخة عن وثائق العطاء التوجه إلى مقر المركز الواقع في محافظة نابلس- بلدة تل- شارع المسجد القديم، جوال رقم 0597572424، ابتداءً من يوم  الأحد الموافق 18/1/2026 وحتى موعد أقصاه يوم الخميس الموافق 29/1/ 2026 من الساعة التاسعة صباحاً وحتى الساعة الواحدة بعد الظهر مقابل مبلغ مالي مقداره 200 شيكل غير مسترده.

شروط العطاء

  • أن يكون المتقدم للعطاء مسجلاً ومرخصاً في اتحاد المقاولين الفلسطينين
  • أن يكون مختص ولديه خبرة سابقة في تنفيذ مشاريع مشابهة.
  • اخر موعد لتسليم المظاريف المختومة الى المركز يوم الأحد الموافق 15/2/2026 حتى الساعة الحادية عشر ظهرًا.
  • الاسعار المقدمة في العطاء غير شاملة ض.ق.م وان يكون عند المقاول جاهزية لاصدار فاتورة ض.ق.م صفرية .
  • يكون الاجتماع التمهيدي وزيارة الموقع  يوم الخميس الموافق 5/2/2026 الساعة 11 صباحا في مقر المركز في بلدة تل
  • يحق لمركز أبحاث التنوع الحيوي والبيئة تأجيل العطاء أو تمديده أو اعادته أو إلغاءه دون إبداء الأسباب ودون أي تعويض للمتقدمين بالعطاء.
  • مركز أبحاث التنوع الحيوي والبيئة  غير ملزم بقبول أقل الأسعار ودون ابداء الاسباب
